Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
